In the village of Zymna Voda, Lviv district, a road traffic accident occurred, resulting in injuries to a motorcyclist. The incident took place on 10th March at around 12:30.
According to preliminary data, a Bajaj motorcycle, driven by a 40-year-old resident of Lviv, collided with a VAZ 2109 car driven by a 40-year-old woman from Lviv. As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained bodily injuries and was hospitalised.
Investigators from Police Department No. 3 of Lviv District Police Administration No. 2 have opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a restriction of liberty for up to three years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same period. Law enforcement officers continue to establish the circumstances of the event.
