In Sokal, firefighters swiftly contained a fire that broke out in a private yard. The flames engulfed a “Skoda Fabia” car parked close to a residential house. Thanks to the quick actions of the firefighters, the spread of the fire to the house was prevented, as reported by Lviv State Emergency Service.
The incident occurred on 23 March at 04:24. By the time the firefighters arrived, the car was already completely engulfed in flames. The fire was localised by 04:39 and fully extinguished by 04:53. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the firefighters, the residential house remained undamaged. Fortunately, no one was injured.
