In Brody, police officers are looking into the circumstances of a conflict between minors, a video recording of which was discovered while monitoring social networks. The post accompanying the video referred to possible unlawful actions by a group of teenagers towards their acquaintance, who is also a minor.
In connection with this, staff of Police Station No. 1 of the Zolochiv District Police Department registered the case materials and launched an inquiry. Law enforcement officers have identified all participants and witnesses to the incident, and procedural actions are currently under way to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
An administrative report has been drawn up against the father of a 15-year-old minor whose actions, according to the police, bear signs of an offence, under Part 3 of Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (failure by parents to fulfil their child-rearing duties). The materials have been referred to the court, the inquiry is ongoing, the Zolochiv District Police Department reported.
