In Lviv, on Stryiska Street, motorcycle patrol officers stopped a 27-year-old Yamaha MT 07 motorcyclist who had committed several traffic violations and showed signs of intoxication. This was reported by the patrol police.
The incident occurred yesterday at around 22:00. While changing lanes, the motorcyclist failed to indicate. During the document check, he did not provide a compulsory insurance policy, and foreign stickers were found on the vehicle registration plate.
While speaking with the rider, the officers noticed signs of drug intoxication. At the medical facility, the man refused to undergo the relevant examination.
The offender was issued a consolidated penalty notice under Part 1 of Article 121-3 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences for breaching the requirements on the use of vehicle registration plates, and a report was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences for driving a vehicle with signs of intoxication.
