Officers of the Sheptytskyi District Police Department are asking residents and possible witnesses to come forward with information about a traffic incident involving an e-scooter and a bicycle.
According to law enforcement, the incident occurred on May 18 at around 6:20 p.m. in Sheptytskyi on Heroiv Maidanu Street. The collision took place on the sidewalk near a shopping center and a children’s playground.
Preliminary information indicates that after the crash, the person riding the e-scooter left the scene. Police are currently working to clarify all circumstances of the incident and identify the e-scooter rider.
Investigators are also looking for his friend, who, according to available information, was nearby and was riding another e-scooter.
