In Yavoriv, a fire occurred due to the burning of dry vegetation, which led to damage to a vehicle. The incident happened on 22 March at 14:04 on private property on Osyp Makovey Street. This was reported by Lviv State Emergency Service.
In an open area, dry grass caught fire, and due to the wind, the flames quickly spread, reaching part of the body of a “Tesla” car. The owner attempted to extinguish the flames himself, but the fire engulfed the metal structures and remnants of the upholstery.
The fire was localised at 14:18 and completely extinguished by 14:32. No people were injured, but the fire destroyed dry vegetation over an area of 50 sq.m and the car’s body. Rescuers urge people not to burn dry vegetation, as it can lead to uncontrolled fires.
