On 5 September across the territory of Lviv region, including Lviv itself, meteorologists are forecasting hazardous weather conditions. Thunderstorms are expected, along with strengthening westerly winds of up to 15–20 m/s.
Throughout the morning and daytime, thunderstorms are possible across the region, in places accompanied by strong wind gusts. In Lviv, a thunderstorm and westerly wind gusts of 15–20 m/s are also forecast for this day.
For these weather conditions, a Level I danger (yellow) warning has been issued, so residents and visitors to the region are advised to exercise caution outdoors and avoid staying under trees and advertising structures during periods of stronger winds.
