For 1 September, meteorologists are warning of hazardous weather conditions across Lviv region. Thunderstorms are expected throughout the day, with occasional westerly wind gusts of 15–20 m/s.
In Lviv, thunderstorms are also forecast for this day, and in the morning and daytime the westerly wind is expected to strengthen to 15–20 m/s. A Level I weather hazard (yellow) has been declared for both the region and the city.
Residents and visitors to the region are advised to exercise caution when outdoors, avoid parking cars under trees and advertising structures, and ensure windows in buildings are firmly closed.
