In Busk, in the Zolochiv region, a reconstructed Center for the provision of administrative services was opened.
It was created by renovating part of the premises of the administrative building. They also bought furniture and computer equipment.
The total cost of the project is UAH 3.8 million, in particular from the regional budget – almost UAH 2 million, and the same amount was directed from the local budget.
From now on, residents and IDPs of the Buska Territorial Community will be in the new modern TsNAP.
can receive 232 administrative services. In particular, these are the main services:
– administrative services;
– consultations regarding online services;
– places for self-service;
– business consulting.
By the way, today the community has more than 30,000 residents.
7 administrators will work in TsNAP, and 13 will work remotely – in Starosty districts.
“The new TsNAP allows you to receive all the necessary administrative services, including services for veterans, in one place in convenient and comfortable conditions with compliance with all requirements for physical and information barrier-free premises. The center is a place where you can solve several queries in one visit. Instead of several visits for one service. The center is convenient, fast, barrier-free and humane, reliable,” said the deputy head of Lviv OVA Oleksandr Kulepin.
He added that already 1 TsNAP was opened in 2022, 13 were opened this year out of 28 projects of TsNAPs, which managed to be supported within the framework of the program for 2022-2023.
“2023 will be completed by Lviv Oblast with TsNAP in every territorial community. We are expanding the network of the Lviv region’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, bringing services closer to communities and taking care of residents’ comfort. Our goal is to create proper barrier-free front offices for high-quality service to residents in each community and to increase the level of service during the provision of services at the National Medical Center,” concluded Maksym Stolyarchuk, head of the LOVA digital development department.
