
From 9 July, residents of Lviv region will be able to receive telephone advice on all matters within the remit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine exclusively through the single Contact Centre of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Through the Contact Centre, clarifications are provided on pension provision, housing subsidies and benefits, state social assistance, insurance payments, the Pension Fund’s electronic services, as well as other services that fall within the Fund’s powers.
The Contact Centre operates according to the following schedule: on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, the line is open from 08:00 to 20:00; on Saturday from 08:00 to 14:00; Sunday is a non-working day.
It is noted that the multi-channel system of the Contact Centre makes it possible to handle a large number of calls simultaneously, which makes advice more accessible and expands opportunities for citizens to receive Pension Fund services remotely.
