A warning of hazardous meteorological phenomena of hazard level I (yellow) has been issued for Lviv region and the city of Lviv for 5–6 July.
According to forecasters, on 5 July in the afternoon thunderstorms are expected across the region and in Lviv, with occasional north-westerly wind gusts of 15–20 m/s.
On 6 July, thunderstorms are also forecast in Lviv region and in the regional centre, with north-westerly winds strengthening in places during the day to 15–20 m/s.
Residents of the region are advised to exercise caution during bad weather, avoid staying under trees and advertising structures, and closely monitor changes in the weather.
