Due to a collapse of the sewer collector near building No. 2, all traffic in both directions has been completely closed along the entire length of Halytska Armia Street. This was reported by LMKP «Lvivvodokanal».
The accident site has been cordoned off with a red-and-white barrier and warning road signs. Municipal utility workers are inspecting the damaged section and carrying out preliminary works.
According to LMKP «Lvivvodokanal», the main phase of repairs is scheduled to begin on Monday, 20 July. Specialised machinery will be brought in to eliminate the fault. Additional information will be provided on the duration of the works and the time frame for restoring traffic.
Drivers are urged to take into account in advance the change in the traffic arrangement on Halytska Armia Street and to choose alternative routes.
