In Drohobych, a car rally will be held to honor the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine and to support the families of prisoners and missing soldiers. This is reported by drohobych-rada.gov.ua.
The event is scheduled for February 28 and will begin at 11:00 with the traditional monthly memorial service at the graves of fallen heroes at cemeteries on 22nd January and Pylypa Orlyka streets. After the memorial service, rally participants will proceed through the city’s streets.
The route will pass through Pylypa Orlyka, 22nd January, Volodymyr the Great, Vynnychenka, Stryiska, Heroes’ Intersection, Truskavets (to the Memory Alley), return to Drohobych, Truskavetska, Zavalya, Teatralna, Mazepa, Lesya Ukrainka, Nyzhankivsky to the Memory Alley.
The organizer of the event is Marta Davydova, the wife of a missing soldier.
