Increase in Vehicle Traffic at the Border with Poland

At the Ukrainian-Polish border within the Lviv and Volyn regions, there has been an increase in vehicle traffic. The highest congestion for exiting Ukraine has been recorded at the following checkpoints: Uhryniv – 25 vehicles, Hrushiv – 20, Krakivets – 40, Shehyni – 65, Ustyluh – 50.

Meanwhile, the checkpoints at Smilnytsia, Nyzhankovychi and Rava-Ruska remain free of vehicle accumulation, creating more convenient conditions for crossing the border. Incoming traffic into Ukraine is unimpeded. Bus services remain stable on both sides of the border.

It is recommended to plan your route in advance and, if possible, travel through less congested checkpoints. The increase in traffic is associated with the end of the Easter holidays, and the intensity may remain high for a few more days. It is also important to consider increased load before and during weekends.
