The eleventh Action Center was opened in the Lviv Region

More than 250 administrative services will be provided here, including for veterans.

The day before, on December 28, the eleventh Action Center was opened in Dobrosyn, Lviv district.

This is a place where you can solve several requests at once in comfortable conditions with compliance with all requirements for physical and informational accessibility. In particular, residents of the Dobrosynsko-Magerivska community and IDPs can receive administrative services, business consultations and use of online services. There are also places for self-service.

The Center has 7 employees and another 5 administrators who will provide online services.

More than 9 million hryvnias were allocated for the implementation of the project from the state, regional and local budgets.

These funds were used to build a new Diya.Center premises, equip the territory, buy furniture, computer equipment and workstation equipment for processing and issuing passport documents.

“This is already the 18th center for the provision of administrative services this year, which we opened together with the communities. The Center already provides 263 services, but I assure you that there will be more and more of them. Already this year, 19 services for veterans and families of the deceased have been transferred to the Centers, and we expect even more services related to the sphere of security and defense, which will be transferred to the Centers.

What is important is that there is a completely barrier-free space here: tablets for communicating with people who know sign language, inclusive restrooms, tactile tiles on the floor, Braille on individual elements. I hope that this will help to ensure the inclusion of all residents of the community during the provision of administrative services,” stressed Oleksandr Kulepin, deputy chairman for digital development, digital transformations and digitalization of the Lviv OVA.
