In the town of Sheptytsky, the road repairs on Parkova and Stusa streets have been completed. The works were carried out by the contracting organisation FOP Safeyan, according to Acting Director of KP “Komunalnyk” Dmytro Fartushko.
Next in the plans is the repair of Sheptytsky Street. Work is also underway on other sections: recently completed on Bandera Street, 10, 12, 16 and Mazepa, 24, according to the Head of KP “Zhitlokomnservice” Yuriy Kukoba. However, another contractor, PP Roma, has not yet started the planned works, which are to be completed by 1st June.
Mayor Andriy Zalivsky stated that Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street, Lvivska, Sokal, Shevchenko, Chornovil and certain sections of Bandera Street still require repairs. Tender procedures have already been completed, so the head of KP has been tasked with starting these works.
Additionally, First Deputy Mayor Dmytro Balko emphasised the need to continue clearing roads of sand and to begin applying road markings in areas where repairs are not planned or have been completed — especially at pedestrian crossings.
