The work on the master plan of Ivano-Frankivsk is being resumed in the region
The Department of Architecture and Urban Development of Lviv OVA held a working meeting with representatives of the Ivano-Frankivsk Village Council and specialists of the “City Project” to continue work on the master plan of Ivano-Frankivsk.
“They tried to approve the new master plan of Ivano-Frankivsk back in 2010, but then it was not approved at the session of the village council. And now, in connection with the change in legislation, it needs to be updated, “- says the director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of Lviv Regional State Administration Olena Vasylko.
Therefore, the specialists of Mistoproekt, who developed the master plan for 2010, will start working on adjusting the existing documentation to bring it in line with current legislation.
Further, after approval of the historical and architectural reference plan of the town in MKIP and public hearings, the new master plan will be approved at the session of the village council. The current master plan of Ivano-Frankivsk dates back to 1979.
It will be recalled that the region is currently actively working on the preparation and approval of two master plans for large settlements – Stryi and Chervonohrad.
