On 11 June in Lviv region thunderstorms are expected, with hail in places and strengthening winds. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre.
According to forecasters, thunderstorms are possible throughout the day, with occasional north-westerly wind gusts of 15–20 m/s, as well as hail with a diameter of 6–19 mm.
Residents of the region are urged, during severe weather, to avoid staying under trees, near power lines and unstable structures and, if possible, to wait out the storm in a safe place.
