On 29 October, during the night and in the first half of the day, fog with visibility of 200–500 metres is forecast across Lviv region and in the city of Lviv. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology of Ukraine.
Due to reduced visibility, rescuers are urging drivers to be attentive at the wheel, to maintain a safe speed and keep a safe distance between vehicles.
Pedestrians are advised to be especially careful when crossing the road during the hours of darkness and to take into account the limited visibility on the roads.
