The Children’s Medical Centre is introducing a single multi-line reception number for patients. It is noted that the facility is moving to a new IP telephony system to ensure a stable connection without long waiting times and constantly engaged lines.
The new number will operate for enquiries and appointment bookings for two structural units of the Children’s Medical Centre: the Okhmatdyt hospital at 31 Lysenko St and the Western Ukrainian Specialised Centre at 27 Dnisterska St.
The administration of the facility warns that the previous reception telephone number will be completely disconnected. Thanks to the multi-line system and voice menu, patients will be able to contact the required department or specialist more quickly.
The Children’s Medical Centre asks parents and visitors to save the new number in their phone book and, where possible, inform other patients about the changes.
