Attention motorcyclists! Law enforcement officers urge you to be careful on the roads. Follow the requirements of the Traffic Rules, in particular the rules of overtaking. Do not exceed the speed limit, maneuver carefully and be sure to wear motorcycle helmets. There is only one life! On Saturday, April 27, at about 18:30, in a village in Stryi district, a 42-year-old Lviv resident lost control of his Viper motorcycle, drove off the roadway and collided with a metal fence. The motorcyclist died at the scene from his injuries. The next day, on April 28, around midnight, on the road between the villages of Knyazhe and Bodiachiv, Chervonohrad district, a 17-year-old resident of Volyn region lost control of his motorcycle Loncin, drove off the roadway and overturned. in this case, the driver of the two-wheeler also died at the scene from his injuries. Investigators opened criminal proceedings over these facts under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
