At the Vorotsiv General Secondary Education Institution of Levels I–III in the Yavoriv district, a memorial plaque was unveiled and consecrated in honour of a school alumnus, the fallen soldier Taras Dobrych, the Yavoriv District State Administration reported.
Taras Dobrych lived in the village of Vorotsiv. Before the start of the full-scale war, he was doing his compulsory military service in the National Guard.
After the start of the large-scale hostilities, Taras Dobrych served in the ranks of the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade named after King Danylo.
The serviceman was killed on 31 May 2022 in battle near the village of Vrubivka in the Luhansk region. He was 47 years old at the time of his death.
