Athletes from Lviv Region delivered strong performances at the European Shooting Championship in rifle and pistol events among competitors under 23, held from 5 to 10 August in Wrocław (Poland). They claimed a number of awards in both individual and team events.
In the MP-8 event, Vladyslav Medushevskyi became European champion in the individual competition and additionally secured a bronze medal as part of the team.
In the MP-5 (mixed team) event, Vladyslav Medushevskyi together with Yuliia Didenko won European Championship gold.
In the PP (individual) event, Yuliia Isachenko took a silver medal in the individual competition.
In the PP-3 women’s event, the team of Yuliia Didenko, Yuliia Isachenko and Olha Lepska finished second and claimed silver medals.
In the MP-5 women’s event, silver medals in the team competition went to Yuliia Didenko and Yuliia Isachenko.
All the athletes who won medals hold the title of International Master of Sport of Ukraine.
