Lviv Region Among Leaders at Ukrainian Armwrestling Championship
From April 8 to 12, the Ukrainian Armwrestling Championship was held in Lviv Region for juniors (U18), youth (U23), and adults. The competition set a record in number of participants – 550 athletes from 21 regions of the country.
Record Achievements of Lviv Region Team
The Lviv Region team showed one of the best results at the tournament – 51 medals, including 14 gold, 16 silver, and 21 bronze.
🏆 In the team standings, Lviv Region won first place among juniors and youth, and third place among adults. These achievements confirm the high level of armwrestling development in the region.
☝🏻Based on the results of the competition, a national team will be formed to represent Ukraine at the European Championship in Romania and the World Championship in Bulgaria.
