Fire in Bolozhyniv Village: Firefighters’ Swift Actions Saved Homes
On April 23 at 20:38, the Rescue Service ‘101’ received a report of a fire in Bolozhyniv village on Lisova Street, Zolochiv District. The fire broke out in a wooden one-story residential building, covered with sheet metal, measuring 10×4 m.
Quick Response and Fire Suppression
Firefighters from the 14th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Busk responded to the scene. By 21:27, firefighters localized, and by 21:45, extinguished the fire on the building’s roof, covering an area of 10 square meters.
The rescuers managed to prevent the rapid spread of the fire, save the residential building from complete destruction, and also prevent the fire from spreading to a nearby outbuilding and an adjacent residential building.
The causes and circumstances of the fire are being established. No one was injured in the fire.
