On Saturday, September 10, the construction hypermarket chain “Epicentr” will open a new three-story shopping center on the bypass road of Lviv. In the future, they plan to build a shopping and entertainment center nearby.

The new three-story Epicenter shopping center with an area of almost 90,000 m2 was built near the ring road, next to the King Cross Leopolis shopping center and the already existing Epicenter hypermarket in Sokilnyky. From September 10, the first two floors of the new shopping center will be open to visitors, and the third floor will be opened later.
At the company “Epicentr”, on the first floor of the new shopping center, departments traditional for the company will be opened: construction and finishing materials, tools, sanitary ware, ceramics, as well as a large department for motorists. In addition, the largest food supermarket in the network with a Food Market food court with an area of almost 4,000 m2 will be opened here.
Separate specialized departments are located on the second floor of the shopping center, the largest of which are “Deko Gallery”, “Garden and City” and “Furniture Center”. There will also be a children’s store with an entertainment area and a stationery store on the second floor.
A 30-meter atrium with a glass roof has also been installed in the new “Epicenter”, where a fair of seasonal products will be located.
The parking lot of the new “Epicenter” will accommodate about 1,000 cars, with a pedestrian zone nearby.
The second stage of this project, the PR director of Epicenter and K company Yulia Chudnovets, told ZAXID.NET, involves the construction of a separate shopping and entertainment center. According to her, only the concept of this shopping center is being worked out, so there are no details of the future construction yet. Also, the future fate of the “Epicentr” hypermarket, which has been operating since 2016 and is located nearby, has not yet been decided.
