In Zolochiv, an offender is suspected of illegally storing an arsenal of ammunition. As a result of the investigation, over 1000 rounds and 15 grenades were discovered in his shed. The man, having previously been in the conflict zone, brought the ammunition back and hid it at a relative’s property. The seized items have been sent for examination.
Investigators shared that the 35-year-old suspect violated Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the illegal storage of ammunition. It remains unclear whether he will be convicted, as under the fundamental law, he is innocent until proven guilty in court.
