Over the past 24 hours in the Lviv region, two people have been killed and six others injured in road traffic accidents.
In total, police officers recorded six injury road accidents. Law enforcement officers emphasise that weather conditions are currently changeable: visibility is reduced, the road surface is wet, and braking distances are therefore longer.
Drivers are urged to keep a safe distance and speed, avoid risky manoeuvres and slow down in advance when approaching pedestrian crossings.
Lviv Region Police ask all road users to stay alert, look after themselves and show consideration for others on the road.
