A serious fire occurred in the village of Krynytsia in the Stryi region. Dry grass caught fire on an open area covering approximately 300 sq.m, as well as a trailer with beehives.
The fire destroyed 20 beehives, but thanks to the swift actions of the firefighters, the trailer and another 40 beehives were saved. The alarm about this fire was raised on 5th May at 19:16, and by 20:25, the fire was under control.
Firefighters from the city of Mykolaiv and the local fire brigade from the village of Bilche were involved in extinguishing the blaze. Their professionalism helped prevent even greater losses.
