Police officers in Lviv Oblast discovered a video on social media showing a teacher committing physical and psychological violence against a pupil during a lesson. Law enforcement immediately launched an investigation into the matter.
The incident occurred the previous day at a secondary school in Buske village, Zolochiv District, during a foreign language lesson in year five. Officers from Police Station No. 2 of Zolochiv District Department are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Information about the alleged offence has been entered into the Unified Register of Reports and Notifications of Criminal Offences and Other Events. Following completion of the investigation, a legal assessment of the teacher’s actions will be provided.
