Thanks to the swift and coordinated actions of the firefighters and the local fire brigade, serious damage to a residential house in the Sheptytskyi District was averted.
On 19 April, at 14:53, firefighters received a report about a fire in the village of Smorzhiw on Sadova Street. The fire spread to the building’s roof over an area of 10 sq m. Fortunately, the residential house was saved, with the fire being localised by 15:42 and completely extinguished by 15:47. No injuries were reported.
Firefighters from Lopatin and the local Smorzhiw fire brigade were involved in extinguishing the blaze.
