In Lviv, an indictment has been submitted to court against a 28-year-old Moldovan citizen suspected of organising the sale of cannabis and so-called “salts” worth almost UAH 400,000. This was reported by the Frankivsk District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Lviv.

According to the investigation, the foreign national, who has been living in Lviv for several years, set up a scheme to profit from the sale of prohibited substances. Via Telegram she ordered wholesale batches, received them by post, packaged them and sold them by placing “dead drops” in Lviv’s parks. Communication with buyers took place through a messenger, and payment was made to the woman’s cryptocurrency wallet.

The investigation established that the woman hid parcels containing narcotic and psychotropic substances on the territory of Snopkivskyi Park and near the Zymna Voda park in Lviv, after which she sent the coordinates to customers.

During a search of her home, they seized almost 500 g of PVP (one large zip bag, 27 smaller ones and 6 wraps), more than 100 g of cannabis and packaging materials.
