As a result of the fire that occurred on 6th April in the village of Pervyatichi, Sheptytskyi district, firefighters along with the local fire brigade were able to quickly extinguish the blaze in a single-storey residential house. According to information from the State Emergency Service, at the time of the rescuers’ arrival, the fire had engulfed the roof and wooden framework of the building, threatening to spread to nearby outbuildings.
Thanks to the prompt actions of the firefighters, the fire was localised by 10:32 and fully extinguished by 10:52. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.
The causes and circumstances of the fire are currently being investigated.
