During the night of 15 June in the village of Babychi in Sheptytskyi district, a brick outbuilding caught fire. Firefighters were alerted to the blaze at 01:52.
Emergency crews from Radekhiv and the local fire team from the village of Vuzlove were dispatched to the scene. By the time the firefighters arrived, the building was already completely engulfed in flames.
According to the rescuers, the roof and ceiling were burning over an area of 84 sq. m, as well as household items. The fire was brought under control at 02:34 and fully extinguished at 02:59.
The firefighters prevented a nearby residential house and another outbuilding from being destroyed by the flames. The cause of the fire is being investigated by specialists.
