On the street Petliury, 7A in Lviv will build a multi-apartment residential building with built-in public spaces and a two-level parking lot. The chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev, informed about this during the meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
“It is a small house, maybe a little smaller than two individual houses. There will be 12 apartments on three residential floors. There is also a two-level parking lot nearby for 14 parking spaces, i.e. more than 1 parking space will be provided for 1 apartment,” said Anton Kolomeytsev.
The building also includes commercial premises, so the building will be able to become a center of public activity in general for the district.
“We have received a letter of guarantee that the entrepreneurs are ready to participate in the arrangement of the public space that is planned there,” added the chief architect of Lviv.
