On 15 October, the second plenary meeting of the 39th session of Busk City Council took place, chaired by the Mayor, Rostyslav Slipets. During the meeting, councillors considered a block of issues relating to land relations.
The agenda included 14 items. The elected representatives of the community adopted decisions on approving land management documentation, granting permits for its development, leasing out land plots and extending existing lease agreements. They also discussed terminating the right to use certain plots, the sale of land plots and the sale of lease rights to them.
Separately, councillors considered the issue of land reclamation of disturbed areas, clarifying the dimensions, areas and configuration of land plots, agreeing their boundaries and other technical aspects in the field of land relations.
According to the City Council, all adopted decisions will be available for review on the official website of Busk City Council within the time limits set by current legislation.
