Lviv region says goodbye to two defenders today
🕯️ Serhiy Yatsenko
He lived in the village of Balky, Zaporizhzhia region.
In 2019, he began contract service in the military unit A-3488, 24th separate assault battalion “Aidar as a rifleman.
For five years, he defended the state in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the full-scale invasion, the Yatsenko family was forced to move to Sokal, Lviv region.
Since 2022, he has served in the Donetsk sector near Novohryhorivka. For the last year and a half, he served in the Bakhmut sector, defending Bakhmut and Chasovyi Yar, and took part in the liberation of Klishchiyivka.
He died in hospital from a serious injury.
🕯️ Mykhailo Pidlisnyi
A resident of the village of Synkiv, Radekhiv community. He was a soldier, a rifleman-sanitarian of the rifle company. He died on 7 July in the Donetsk region.
