
Ukraine is addressing the aftermath of a Russian combined strike on critical infrastructure.
The affected regions include Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv. Rescuers and the National Police are working at the sites of the strikes, with specialists and specialized equipment engaged. More than a dozen fires are being extinguished by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
In Dnipro, Russia struck a residential building with a drone. The body of a deceased person was recovered from the rubble. 10 people were injured, and about 30 were saved. Two individuals have not been reached, and searches for them are ongoing. SES psychologists are assisting the victims, while police are documenting evidence of Russian war crimes.
Actions are coordinated with Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk. Regular reports on the status of rescue operations are provided to President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. The situation is complex, but all services are working tirelessly to minimize the impact of the attack.
