According to the order of the head of the Lviv regional military administration Maksym Kozytsky, male citizens of Ukraine, aged 18 to 60, who arrived in Lviv region during martial law must appear at the territorial centers of recruitment and social support in Lviv region and register for military service. .
They have to do it no later than 24 hours after arrival. Patrols of volunteer formations and the National Guard at checkpoints check whether conscripts are entering the military register.
Also at checkpoints, law enforcement officers check the documents of the driver and passengers, luggage and weapons. If there is no permit for the weapon, the investigative task force will be informed.
When accommodating men between the ages of 18 and 60 in a hotel or boarding house, employees are required to check documents and notify law enforcement and district military registration and enlistment offices.
It will be recalled that a center for working with conscripts has recently opened in Lviv. The center is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. It is located at: Lviv, st. Veterans, 11.
Conscripts will be held criminally liable for refusing to enlist in the military.
There are several categories of men who are not drafted into the army: people with disabilities and parents with many children. A father with many children will not be registered in the military if he or she has three or more minor children. Such categories also include men who raise children independently until they reach adulthood.
