Myroslav Khomiak was re-elected as the president of the Futsal Association of Lviv region at the reporting and electoral conference held on January 24. Khomiak’s candidacy received unanimous support from the delegates, considering his contribution to the development of the game in the region over the past four years.
The conference also reported significant progress in the development of futsal in the region, including an increase in the number of tournament participants and the involvement of new players. Future initiatives of the association aimed at integrating adaptive sports were presented by Roman Khimiak, head of the youth and sports department of Lviv Regional State Administration.
The association has outlined plans for the next four years, including the use of sports to integrate veterans and people with disabilities into the player community.
