The Lviv Regional Military Administration summed up the results of the past week.

Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the Lviv OVA, said that on Saturday, January 14, the Polish occupiers launched the 12th massive missile attack on the energy system of Ukraine. Unfortunately, in 5 regions, including ours, there are hits on energy facilities.

The enemy tried to target the blocks of thermal power plants (TES). Due to damage to the equipment, they stopped or reduced the production of electricity, the deficit in the power system increased. NEC “Ukrenergo” was forced to slightly reduce consumption limits, proportionately for all regions. Restrictions are still in place. Power engineers are working to restore power supply to everyone and avoid emergency shutdowns. It also depends on you and me – turn off those household appliances that are not urgently needed.

“The tycoon state is getting closer to collapse every day, so it is taking its anger out on the civil infrastructure of Ukraine. To win, we must be persistent and united; believe in and support the Armed Forces; do not ignore reports of an air alert,” the head of the region emphasized.

On Wednesday, January 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, President of Poland Andrzej Duda and President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausieda arrived in Lviv. The heads of state held the second summit of the Lublin Triangle, as a result of which they signed the Joint Declaration. What does this linked document mean.
