Lviv has launched an updated investment guide, “Invest in Lviv,” designed to help potential investors explore key projects and development areas in the city amidst the full-scale war. The guide highlights IT, industrial, military technology (miltech), and medical technology (medtech) sectors and positions Lviv as a humanitarian, medical, and technological hub in Ukraine.

- Project implementation mechanisms and insurance against war and political risks.
“Thanks to its strategic location and developed infrastructure, Lviv offers unique opportunities for investment. Even in wartime, innovation and investment are vital tools for economic recovery, and our city is ready to grow alongside businesses,” said Andriy Pavliv, Head of the Investment Department of Lviv City Council.
Purpose of the Guide
The updated guide is aimed at providing valuable insights to investors looking to start or expand their businesses in Lviv. It addresses modern challenges faced by entrepreneurs and offers strategies to leverage the city’s potential even under difficult circumstances.
Guide Development
The guide was developed by the Investment and Project Department of Lviv City Council in collaboration with Soul Partners and supported by the USAID “Competitive Economy Program of Ukraine.”
