The Lviv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology of Ukraine warns of thunderstorms and squalls in the Lviv region.
“In the territory of the Lviv region, in the next hour with preservation until the end of the day on May 12 and during the day on May 13, thunderstorms, in some places squalls of 15 – 20 m/s, hail (diameter 6 – 19 mm),” the center reports.
It is recommended to avoid staying under trees and near power lines. Do not park cars under old or leaning trees. During a thunderstorm, it is better to stay indoors. Drivers should reduce speed and keep distance on the road. Take care!
