On May 5 at 10:31, the Rescue Service “101” received a message that in the village Rockets of the Chervonograd district, a horse clamped by a chain with a carabiner.

As it turned out at the scene, the horse’s neck was clamped by a chain with a carabiner and the owner could not free the animal on his own.
With the help of a special tool, the rescuers cut the carabiners and freed the animal.
