The public discussion, which gathered around 140 activists, students, servicewomen, and other representatives from various fields, became a central event on the eve of International Women’s Rights Day.

The hall, adorned with the flags of Ukraine, the European Union, and the city of Lviv, created an atmosphere for a meaningful dialogue moderated by Natalia Rudkevych from the Lviv City Council’s management. She emphasized that the event is symbolic, as the Lviv City Hall publicly supports the development of human potential, implementing the Charter of Human Capital Resilience from 2025.

Iryna Kulynych, Deputy Mayor of Lviv, pointed to the responsibility of women’s leadership and emphasized humanity and empathy as key components. She conveyed wishes of strength and self-love to all attendees.

Lyubov Maksymovych from the Women’s Perspectives Center called for self-realization and life change, stressing the importance of not fearing change.

Tetiana Kozhokar, Acting Head of the Personnel Management Office of the LMR, noted that this event is being organized for the third time. It aims to motivate the youth through the success stories of outstanding women in various fields, from education to business.

Katerina Kit-Sadova, an art historian and social worker at the UNBREAKABLE Center, called for such meetings to be held more often, given their positive impact and support. She expressed gratitude to the city for organizing it.

In parallel with the discussion, a women’s rights fair took place in the venue, where participants could find support and resources for developing their own initiatives.
