Mayor Andrii Zalivskyi made a report to the Chervonograd community

At the second plenary meeting of the session of the Chervonograd City Council, which took place on December 1, changes were made to local programs and clarification of budget expenditures for 2022. In particular, it is planned to allocate UAH 2,955,000 for the TO910 military unit for the purchase of a fuel tank. In addition, UAH 5,000,000 is directed to the Program for ensuring production, transportation, and supply of thermal energy of KP Chervonogradteplokomunenergo to pay for consumed natural gas. Funds in the amount of UAH 1,000,000 have been allocated to the Chervonograd District Police Department for the purchase of radio stations.

The Department of Education has increased expenditures for the purchase of generators for schools and kindergartens in the amount of UAH 3,780,000 and UAH 742,000 for the purchase of starlinks, UAH 1,000,000 is planned for the capital repair of the premises of the Sosniv music school for internally displaced persons. Additionally, UAH 22,320,000 is planned to be allocated for the reconstruction of the reception department of the Chervonograd City Hospital.

Mayor Andriy Zalivskyi reported to the deputies about the activities of the executive bodies of the Chervonograd City Council for 2022. He outlined 4 priority areas of work:

– assistance to the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Military Police, Military Defense Forces, security measures;

– assistance to IDPs, social protection of defenders’ families

– investment attraction, international partnership;

– stability of community development during martial law.

In the current year, UAH 18,534,100 was allocated for the needs of military units. For the program of financial support of territorial defense – UAH 20,491,400 (purchase of military uniforms, drones, drones, thermal imagers, quadcopters, diesel generators, anti-drone gun).

In 2022, social support was provided to participants of ATO/OOS, defenders of Ukraine. Among them, 17 members of the dead (deceased) soldiers of the ATO/OO were given monthly financial assistance in the total amount of UAH 548,000; UAH 450,000 was paid to the families of 45 deceased participants of ATO/OOS, and 365 participants of ATO/OOS were allocated one-time financial assistance in the total amount of UAH 875,000. In addition, free meals were provided in general educational institutions for children whose parents joined the ranks of the Armed Forces, as well as free education of defenders’ children in schools of aesthetic education.

As of November 1, 7,093 internally displaced persons live in the Chervonograd community. Funds were allocated for furnishing the premises where they are located:

Sosniv shelter (BDYUTS premises) – UAH 3,269,500.

Dormitory of the mining and economic lyceum – UAH 4,000,000.

Preschools – UAH 993,220.

Sosniv hospital – UAH 1,000,000.

General educational institutions – UAH 275,7000.

 

In 2022, the humanitarian headquarters was active in providing for the needs of IDPs (food and hygiene kits were distributed, school supplies were purchased, and shelters were arranged with the support of BUR, the “Merkle Foundation” and the Pokrovsk City Council). The humanitarian headquarters cooperated with international organizations to meet the needs of IDPs. Humanitarian goods were received from Poland, Germany, Latvia, Italy, the Netherlands, the USA, and Great Britain. Within the framework of cooperation with European countries, a Declaration of Intent on partnership was signed with the city of Oldenburg (Germany) and a cooperation agreement was signed with the city of Marijampole (Lithuania).

In the course of 2022, 28 agricultural land lease agreements with a total area of 267.6 hectares were concluded. To conduct commodity agricultural production under martial law in the amount of UAH 303,969.6/year. As a result of the auctions, 4 plots of land were sold for ownership, UAH 1,951,325 was received in the budget.

Work continues on the reconstruction and capital construction of the suspension bridge across the Zahidny Bug River and the reception and diagnostic department of the ChCML. Funds were allocated for the capital repair of the roads of the Chervonograd Territorial Community. The “Maidan” shopping center (Heroiv Maidan St.) and ATB (S.Bandery St.) started operating in the city. In 2022, 9 facilities with a total cost of UAH 37,317,713 were commissioned.

The deputies also made a decision on the residential street connecting Shevchenko Avenue with Stusa Street and running along the western border of the Park of Culture and Recreation named after T. Shevchenko to assign the name Yulia Burko.

Ivan Kardynal, deputy head of the education department, reported on the approval of the Education Development Strategy of the Chervonograd City Council. In particular, it defines long-term (6 years) strategic and operational goals and objectives for the sustainable development of the educational sector. Today, the education system consists of 42 institutions. 9,907 students study in 21 institutions of general secondary education, 2,597 pupils are educated in 15 institutions of preschool education. 3,620 children study in 6 out-of-school institutions. There are 2,032 employees working in the educational sector, of which 1,286 are pedagogical. 22 inclusive groups have been created in the ZDO, and the system of electronic registration in kindergartens is in operation. One of the key achievements of general secondary education institutions is the creation of the Chervonograd Lyceum.
