Three more settlements in Lviv Oblast will have updated general plans

The Architectural and Town Planning Council at the Department of Architecture and Town Planning Development of the Lviv Regional Government Office reviewed and recommended for approval, with mandatory consideration of comments, the master plans of the city of Peremyshlyany and the villages of Zubra and Solov.

“The comments made by the members of the town planning council are correct, but not critical. It is easy to take into account and correct them, therefore, it is quite possible to approve these master plans before the end of the year. In the future, this urban planning documentation will give an impetus to the development of industrial and communal areas, the creation of new jobs, the location of residential and public buildings,” says Olena Vasylko, director of the department of architecture and urban development of Lviv Regional State Administration.

During the consideration of the master plan of the city of Przemyślny, the members of the architectural and urban planning council recommended that the developer take into account the proposals of the highway service regarding the development of transport infrastructure in compliance with the requirements of state building and sanitary standards.

Also, taking into account the special tourist attraction of the city (nearby there is the Univ Stavropygius Lavra, the Svirsky Castle, as well as the picturesque Berezhany, Rohatyn and Pomoryan), care should be taken to increase the number of tourist infrastructure facilities within the transport corridors.

In the general plan of the village of Zubra, it is necessary to clarify the indicators regarding engineering support and take them into account when locating engineering infrastructure objects. In order to ensure the proper organization of traffic, it is necessary to design local access roads for commercial buildings near the Kyiv-Chop highway.

There were the fewest comments on the general plan of the village of Solova, whose community strives to ensure the planned full development of its settlement, reserving a significant amount of land for the location of industrial and communal facilities in the town planning documentation.

“The village is small, but Mykola Lemyk was born in it, who fought to make the tragedy of the Holodomor visible. Therefore, the local residents are very conscious and want to revive this historical place, making it attractive for investment,” comments the head of the Glynyan Territorial Community, Volodymyr Chornopys.

We will remind you that work on the master plans of the city of Sambor and Ivano-Frankivsk is currently underway in the region.
