
In Lviv, the building at 44 Konovalets Street is being rebuilt after being destroyed during a missile strike on September 4 of last year.
Specifically, the emergency structures have already been dismantled and new walls are being erected. This was informed by the first deputy mayor, Andriy Moskalenko. @lvivadm
Reconstruction of the building on Konovalets Street, 44, which was destroyed by a missile strike. Workers have already dismantled the damaged partition on the first floor and the stairs. A new screed was poured there, and the building walls were reinforced.
The builders are constructing an external wall on the Konovalets side and are working on the internal load-bearing walls. They also poured the ceiling on the 1st floor and between the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The next plan is to construct the 4th and 5th floors, the ceiling between them, restore the stairs, and cover the building. The contractor plans to complete all work by the end of the year.
The official emphasized that **11 families** who were relocated after the Russian attack are renting temporary housing. The city covers these expenses.
Recall that during the massive Russian attack on September 4, 2024, **189 buildings** in Lviv were damaged. Also, due to enemy shelling, **8 Lviv residents** were killed.
A year after the attack, **98%** of the buildings damaged at that time have been restored.
