An updated administrative services centre has started operating in Sudova Vyshnia, offering residents of the Sudova Vyshnia community access to 420 administrative services close to home. According to the Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, more than 12,000 residents of the community will be able to benefit from the centre’s work.
In addition to the main office, three more remote workstations for administrators have been set up in the starosta districts, where up to 160 services will be provided. This will allow residents of nearby villages to process documents and receive the necessary services without having to travel to Sudova Vyshnia.
The ASC includes a dedicated space for male and female veterans and their families. Here they will be assisted with paperwork, informed about available services and support programmes, and referred to the relevant institutions.
The centre’s premises have been fitted out in line with the principles of accessibility: a ramp and accessible toilet have been installed, along with comfortable reception and waiting areas. This enables people with disabilities and anyone with additional needs to enter the building independently and make use of the services.
The new ASC also has a media library, a conference hall and a space for business support consultations. Training sessions, meetings with local businesses, discussions on attracting investment and ways to develop the community are planned here.
The first event in the refurbished premises was a wedding – the centre began its work with a marriage registration.
More than UAH 25.3 million has been allocated for the construction and fitting out of the ASC: almost UAH 13 million from the local budget and a further UAH 12.4 million from the regional budget. The centre operates in Sudova Vyshnia at: 17V Ivana Franka Square.
Maksym Kozytskyi thanked the Sudova Vyshnia territorial community and its leadership for implementing the project and stressed the importance of the centre team’s professional work. He also singled out the head of the ASC, Nataliia Dyhdalo, and the staff who had been providing services to community residents even before the new premises opened.
