
On March 12, at approximately 23:05, a young woman born in 2003 suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning on Sakharova Street in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv. - Since the beginning of 2025, this is the 15th case of carbon monoxide poisoning in the Lviv community.
- A total of 31 people have been affected, including 13 children.
- Unfortunately, two people have died.
Experts remind about the most common causes of such poisoning and the rules for safe use of gas appliances. Symptoms of poisoning include headache, weakness, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. In their presence, immediately turn off all combustion devices, go outside for fresh air, and call the ambulance and gas emergency service. Remember the explosive nature of gas: rule violations can lead to an explosion or fire.
